Michael Patrick Keleher

Mr. Keleher received his Juris Doctor Degree, with distinction, from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1974 and became a partner in the firm of Duggan & Keleher on January 1, 1975. Mr. Keleher's practice was general in nature until 1978, when he was retained as general counsel for a developer developing condominium projects in Arizona, Colorado and Missouri.

Since that time, his practice has evolved into one consisting exclusively of commercial and residential real estate and construction law. In this field, Mr. Keleher's clients consist of developers, contractors, builders, real estate brokers and agents, title insurance companies, homeowners associations, as well as individual property owners and landlords. In the course of his career, he has prosecuted and defended a wide range of real estate litigation cases involving Quiet Title actions, Title Insurance issues, Restrictive Covenant Enforcement and Mechanic's Lien actions. While admitted to practice only in Missouri, he and Mr. Eastman, who is admitted in Kansas, have prosecuted and defended numerous cases in that jurisdiction.

Mr. Keleher is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Real Estate Law Committee, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
